Not in love with your earrings? Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a return or exchange. We want you to love what you're wearing.
Earrings need to come back unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced-ear jewelry can only be returned if it's clearly unworn.
Email [email protected] with your order number (the cs_live_... code from your confirmation email) and a quick note about what's up. We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.
Customers cover return shipping on change-of-mind returns. If something arrived broken or we shipped the wrong item, that's on us — we'll email a prepaid label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund posts back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take another few days after that.
Easiest path: return the original for a refund, then place a fresh order for the style or color you want. Colors and game-day collections can sell out fast — ordering directly is the only way to lock in exactly what you want.
Custom team colors and one-off combinations are final sale unless we shipped an error. Ask before you order if you're unsure — happy to confirm whether something is in the standard line or custom.
